By using CaseTracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Informational service

CaseTracker provides an informational visualization of case-status responses. It is not a law firm, is not legal advice, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS or the U.S. government. The current site uses USCIS sandbox staging data, which does not represent live case activity.

Acceptable use

Use only receipt numbers you are authorized to check. Do not submit sensitive information, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to make decisions that require professional legal or government advice.

Accuracy and availability

Case data, staging data, classifications, percentages, and nearby-case comparisons may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. USCIS and other third-party services may change their availability or responses. Always confirm official case information through USCIS and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Private history and billing

The private history feature is available at no charge to signed-in accounts. It lets you sign in to USCIS yourself, open an official response in your browser, and choose whether to paste that response into CaseTracker. Never provide a USCIS password or access token. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Payment-method changes, subscription cancellation, and billing details are handled through Stripe's customer portal.

Account deactivation

You may deactivate your account from the account page. This removes your saved account history and cancels an active subscription before deletion. Deactivation cannot be undone.

Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with provider requirements, or improve the service. We may restrict access when use creates security, abuse, or service-availability risks.
